Announcements
-Looking for helpers for the Bike-a-thon on July 23
-There is a Medical Rotary Mission scheduled for November 2-14 in Ajijic, Mexico. Looking for volunteers to assist. Contact Brian Hall.
-Global Literacy - next container loading will be Aug 5 in Exeter. Pianos and wheel chairs are main items.
- AI -the requirement for volunteers to to assist with serving is yet to be determined. The number needed will impact the possibility of Rotary members attending as paying guests and hopefully creating a table of wiling bidders. Live auction items will be presented between courses of the 5 course meal to be prepared by F.I.N.E.
Heads and tails will still be part of the action.. The Windjammer package this year will be an all inclusive for 2 guests. Simcoe Island - Kingston Ont will be a cottage for up to 12 people for a 4 day weekend with food and chef included. Donated by M&M Foods for a weekend in 2017. Other custom packages will also be available. Looking for a major merchandise package.
Meetings at 8 am Thursdays at Oakwood.
